ビルの3階にある。
土曜日の11:30過ぎに到着。
12:30前には売り切れていて、閉店してたので土曜日ランチはお早めに！
グリルロアさん。
夜は高級ステーキハウスやけど、ランチはハンバーグやビフカツなどの洋食やステーキが楽しめる。
入店〜
Bigハンバーグ定食280g(1,120円)とヘレステーキ100g(1,980円)を注文。
ハンバーグを注文するとハンバーグのたねをぱんぱん叩く。
そして鉄板にハンバーグを乗せるとじゅわあ。
目の前で調理してくれるのは鉄板焼きならでは。
添え物のポテトサラダも焼いていてびっくり。
焼いたポテトサラダは初めて。
まずはハンバーグ定食。
肉汁溢れるハンバーグ、上には半熟目玉焼き、焼いたマッシュポテトにナポリタン。
ハンバーグのソースは酸味のあるトマトベース。
まろやかでコクがある。懐かしさもある。
ご飯が進む感じでありながらもさっぱりしている。
ハンバーグは今まで一番ぐらいの柔らかさふわっふわ食感。
肉汁が溢れ出してくるハンバーグではなく、
噛むと旨味の肉汁が口の中に広がるハンバーグ。
ヘレステーキ定食。
焼いたポテトサラダは新鮮で美味しかった。
なめらかな舌触りであっさりとした味わい。
ヘレステーキ。
焼き加減が絶妙。
さすが鉄板。
こんな柔らかくて美味しいステーキを食べられるのは、ランチ2000円払う価値あるね。
梅田駅近くで、鉄板焼きランチを思う存分に楽しめて満足！
