美味しい、と自然に声が出ました。
友人おすすめのお蕎麦ということで
出張ついでに連れて行っていただき、
夕霧そばというのを初めていただきました。
ゆずが練り込んであり、
食べる前から爽やかな香りが食欲をそそります。
喉越しの良いツルッとした麺と
少し甘めのかえしが本当に美味しい。
生卵を混ぜていただくのですが
これがまたリッチな食べざわりと
麺への絡みを増してくれて良いです。
店員さんも温かく接客してくださり
トータルでおいしいお蕎麦でした。
場所は裏手で迷いそうですが、また行きたいです。
