When I went on a business trip to Osaka, I decided to go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Umeda for a drink before my flight home. It's near Umeda Station and less than a 4-minute walk from the bus terminal for Itami Airport that leaves in front of Hilton Osaka, so you can have a drink from 4:00 pm during your business trip or before returning to Tokyo after work! (I'm a plane fan, so I have to go to the airport, but I can adjust my time by looking at the timetable.) Reservations are required, so you have to call to make a reservation, but 1,000 yen for 2 hours of all-you-can-drink is amazing. (Food ordering system) You would think that this kind of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) would usually serve bad food, but I was surprised at how good it was! The appetizer is a platter of grilled fish, including salmon, which is very warm and comforting. Is this an appetizer level? ! It was more luxurious than I imagined. The spicy sauce is also good. Three types of sashimi (salmon, amberjack, and sea bream).The leaf-shaped wasabi is cute. It is cut neatly and has no odor and feels fresh. In the young chicken Karaage, the aroma of the soup stock permeates through to the meat. This is also a standard menu item. Wagyu Steak for the main dish! ! 2480 yen! That's an amazing selection. It's amazing, it's probably the most expensive thing on the menu, but it's not on the same level as Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Steak you get at 1000 yen all-you-can-drink Izakaya restaurants. The meat juices come out when you bite into it, giving it an authentic taste. I didn't know if it would be a success or a failure at an unknown Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in an unknown city, but I'm glad it was a success.
