「四季自然喰処たちばな」さんは、ヒルトンプラザ大阪の地階にあります。
店内は広く、仕切りのあるテーブル席が落ち着きます。
平日限定ランチ選べる昼膳ランチ（各種1000円）は、豚生姜焼きとかにクリームコロッケ昼膳・お刺身昼膳・煮魚昼膳・天ぷらと出し巻き１本昼膳の４種類。
煮魚昼膳を注文、本日の煮魚・ざる豆腐・出し巻き・ごはん・汁物・香の物のセットです。
鯛のかぶと煮はしっかりしたお味つけ、旨味たっぷりで最高。
ご飯が進みます。
煮汁の染みこんだ香りの良いごぼうも美味。
出来立ての豆腐をそのまま「ざる」に流し込んだほんのり温かいざる豆腐は、 大豆の風味と濃厚な甘みがお口の中に広がります。
ざる豆腐・ごはん・汁物がお替り自由なのが嬉しいですね。
