魚心本店
（大阪市北区・阪急東通）
エレベータマニア氏とランチ。昼は暖かいので、梅田の地下から脱出して、阪急東通へ（笑）。
うろうろ歩いていろいろ探索するつもりだったが、泉の広場から上がって、商店街に入ったところで「魚心」が目に留まる。昔からある店である。
「行ったことないような・・・」
訪問済みデータベースを検索するが、やはりヒットしない。店の前の看板に書いてある「海鮮ユッケ丼」が旨そうである。行ってみよう。
店内はなかなかの活気。カウンター席に案内され、タブレットが置いてあるのでそれで注文しようとしたら、
「言ってもらったらいいですよ」
「ユッケ丼二つ」
「はい、ユッケ２丁！」
これぞ「秒」である。
そんな具合なので、料理がでてくるのも僅か２分。いただきます。
鮪、烏賊、そのほかいろいろに、卵黄、ネギ、海苔。これに、独特なタレがかかっているのだが、これこそが「ユッケ丼」のユッケ丼なるポイント。漬け丼ではなく、ユッケ丼。あんまり食べたことがない味なんだけど、癖になる。赤だしもついていて800円は手ごろ。
時間のない腹ペコサラリーマンの、これは味方ですな。（2024.3.15）
