急遽決まった打合せなのでバタバタです。
お詫びと言ってお食事のお誘いが

地下街の一角にあり店構えが歴史を感じさせる店構え。
テーブル席に案内され常連の先方は
シェフが厨房から出てきて挨拶を交わしています。
まずは生ビールで乾杯して
食事は先方におまかせします。

どれも美味しい！

そしてメインの【ビトクステーキ】
黒毛和牛Ａ５を使用していると
先方が説明してくれます
そのハンバーグはベーコンが巻いてあり
その上にはフォアグラが！
見てわかる！贅沢な逸品！
ナイフを入れると肉汁がどばっーーー！
早速、一口…んーウマい！
これはウマいです！
粗挽きの挽肉の食感が肉にくしく
たまりません！
デミグラスとホワイトソース・パプリカのソースが混ざり合い絶妙です！
これはウマいです！
本当はパンをいただいて残さずいただきたいぐらいでした！
