Bitok means "horseshoe" in French! A-5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef is chopped and mixed into a Hamburg patty, stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, shaped into a horseshoe shape, and slowly baked. Even more luxuriously ~ topped with exquisitely grilled foie gras! Insert a knife into the middle and put the pâté, foie gras, and two-colored sauce in your mouth together with the meat juices overflowing, and the incredible deliciousness will spread in your mouth ♫

Quiche (French: Quiche) is Local Cuisine from the Alsace-Lorraine region of France that is made using eggs, cream, and bacon! 80% of people order this pie.The recipe has been the same for 32 years.Onions and bacon are fried for an hour, then fresh cream, eggs, and cognac are added.The mixture is poured into a pie crust that has been rolled out into a mold and baked slowly. Add as many toppings as you like, such as foie gras, seafood, mushrooms, etc., and enjoy the crunchy, fluffy, and melty texture.
