久々のキャトルラパン。
こちらのお店、お昼は人気がありすぎて私は入れたことがありません。
夜の飲み放題を予約して訪問。
いつも通りCP良いフレンチのコース。
前菜、スープ、お肉、魚、デザートと盛りだくさん。
まずはビールで乾杯。
そのあとすぐに前菜がきました。内容を見ると白ワインがあったのでいただきながら前菜を食す。

海老のマリネ ヴィネグレットソース
人参のババロア
ポークパテ バジルソース
鯖のマリネ トマトソース
砂ズリのコンフィ
ポーク低温調理 グリーンマスタード

生の海老や締めサバなどお魚多めでした。
見た目がきれいなのはいつも通り。目でも楽しめる一皿でした。
続いてレンズ豆のスープ
寒鰤と牡蠣のフリカッセ
トリュフソース
スープはバゲットつき。
クリーミーなスープは素材の味を生かしたスープでとてもおいしいです。
量がたっぷりあったのでバゲットをつけていただきました。
お魚は牡蠣と半生の
よくあるタルタルソースではないソースと牡蠣の愛称は抜群でした。
蝦夷鹿のソテー すぐりのソース
あっさりしたソースと赤身の鹿肉。
赤ワインと最高の相性でした。
最後のパンナコッタはフルーツたっぷり。
アイスクリームと白玉、小豆いり。
量があるのに完食。
誕生日が近かったのでお祝いまで出していただいて感謝の日でした。
