激ヤバ店!! めちゃ安な完全予約制ステーキランチ(笑) シェフの「えっ!?」って大声＆常連ばかりで別の意味での激ヤバ店かと思いきやw そこは凄い名店やった
連れられてやってきた北新地ら辺のキャトルラパン！
大阪屈指というカジュアルフレンチのお店！！
とにかくココは青木シェフのワンマンショー的な要素が最大のウリなのかもしれない(笑)
はじめ気難しそうなシェフって感じの雰囲気だったw
次にステーキを400gでオーダーしたら「えっ!?」と超めっちゃ大声で反応される(こっちが驚くじゃねーか!!)
だが､そういうのも含めて全て計算されたパフォーマンスだと分かった時に思う…「このシェフ…できる!」
お店の雰囲気作りに一役買ってる接客で、
むしろコレを目的に来てる常連客が多いこと多いこと
カウンターに座った隣の老夫婦も「これが良いのよ」と奥様が満足気に話される姿が印象的だった。
なるほど！結構ヤバい店に連れて来られたのかと思いきやコアな層に愛される大名店であったかw
これは知ってなきゃムリだな〜
あと2,3回は来ないと分からんかもしれん！！
ただ､それでも訪れる価値はあるのだと思うわ〜

昼どきのランチはステーキのプレートランチのみw
牛肉はオースト産のアッサリと食べやすい部位を使用!
チルドのパックが出てきた時、ポーション的には微妙な予感したんやが完全に杞憂やったわ。
焼かれて出てきたステーキ肉の柔らかいこと！
そして肉々しい味わいを抜群に感じられること(笑)
焼き加減は青木シェフによるミディアムレア１択やけれど、またコレが巧すぎる＆旨すぎるんよ〜

そんでも細かいこと気にならんほどホンマに良かった
連れが次の予約入れてたけんど､2024年の6月だと!?
ちょっと日付か時間帯をズラしても来年の4月か5月…
(ちょま嘘やろ?? そんな取られへん店とは思わなんだ)
遅めの昼とか１人客とか条件次第によっては来年２月の早いぐらいが取れるらしいが､､､､それでもやでな〜
ほんでもw その価値が有ると思える店も珍しい！！
俺も好きになったわ(笑) 予約取ったし､また来るで〜

とにかく安い！！めっちゃくちゃ安い(笑)
ちょい値上げしてランチステーキ300gが1,200円とかになってたけど、そんでも安いやろーw
そしてマジ旨し､今日どうした思うぐらいシェフ優しくて奇跡の1日に来たんやなかろうか??
この日のチョイスしたソースは､わさび醤油と味噌！
味は旨いし､接客サービスは良いし､値上げしたといえど超リーズナブルなことには変わらん!!
でもな､今回みたいに1人やったら予約も取りやすいんやけど､めちゃビックリな3ヶ月待ち！！
値上げ前は半年待ちでも不思議やなかったが、
そんでも値上げしてから3ヶ月待ちになったん取りやすくなった方やねんw
だがココはホンマ良い店や！騙された思うて行ってみ
