4年ぶりの同窓会。年々高齢になってくるので（笑）昼間宴会希望者が多くなる。
夜は少ないのに、今回昼開催にしたら、多くの参加者でビックリ。
チェーン店の料理と思っていたが、目からウロコ。
●茶碗蒸し・・海老つみれで蟹餡かけ。
●刺身盛り・・ブリやマグロ。色もキレイし、美味しい。
●蟹味噌グラタン ●鶏天と豆腐の揚げ出し・・鶏天が柔らかく豆腐もトロトロ。
●黒豚と白菜のせいろ蒸し・・豚に野菜が巻いてあって、ゴマダレも美味しい。
●鯛めし・・また、これが、美味しかった。2杯目は、出汁をかけて頂く。最高でした。
ごちそうさまでした
美味しかったので、再度宴会で使えますね。
