久々に大阪にて仕事の打ち合わせ
先方との都合でこちらへ
ムニュサンテ(4600円)をオーダー
前菜はじゃがいものなんかにフォアグラやらキャビアやらのっかってんですが…
魚料理はカサゴにブイヤベース、烏賊が入ってたんですが、カサゴ食べても烏賊が…
肉料理はウズラをグリル
これは旨かった
デザートはあまり苦手なもので、失礼ながら食べませんでした。(ごめんなさい！)
まぁ打ち合わせしながらですから、シェフに失礼なのはわかりますが、再訪はないです。
ちなみに１１時３０分から予約したんです。１３時には店を出たいとつげていたんです！
料理でてくるのが遅いんです。
最後コーヒー飲んでたら、１３時までに退店の催促されちゃいました。
後の予約が入っているとのこと…
