大阪梅田散歩と買い物へ。。
ランチで駅近のこちらに
伺いました。
コースは3つ。
真ん中のシェフズランチです。
店内はテーブル席も多いですが、
ほぼ満席です。
ペアリングワイン3杯セットも注文。白2杯に赤1杯。
むむ。給仕の年配男性が、せわしない感じで説明と注文がわかりづらいのが、少し気にはなりましたが、まぁまぁ進めてもらいましょう。
前菜はサーモンを細かく刻んで和えたハーブの効いたもの。
味は悪くないけど、缶に入った器と色、盛り方が猫ご飯を想像させる…。
次は香住の蟹と野菜とソース。
また、細い刻みものかと思いつつ
味は悪くない。
白は飲みやすいNZリースニング。まずまずです。
とうもろこしの冷製スープ。
普通に美味しい。
仏シャルドネはややヘビー。
魚はハタ。美味しい。
肉もうまい。付け合わせのミニコーンの焼きが香ばしい。
デザートなど
価格もホテルランチとしては手頃で、まずまずのお料理でした。
給仕の方が、テーブルサービスの雑さが気になりますが、丁寧さがあると良かったのですが…。やや百貨店の食堂の様な対応が残念で惜しい。パンを慌てて転がしたり、ワインラベルはベトベトだったりと…。とほほ。
