ゴールデンウィーク後半も基本は地元に留まって外食メインの日々を過ごすことに。
初日は妻の誕生日を祝うため、夫婦でフレンチのランチをいただくことにしました。
今回はホテルグランヴィア大阪の19階にあるフルーヴに行ってきました。
今回のコースには1ドリンクがついていたので白ワインを注文。
余市ケルナーという国産の白ワインで、すっきりした飲み口が良かったです。
今回はマルシェというランチのコースを予約。
全4品にパンと食後のドリンクが付いたコースでした。
前菜は野菜メインの料理、スープは新じゃがいものポタージュ。
ポタージュはあっさりしていて美味しかったです。
パンはもちろんバゲットなどフランスパン。
個人的にはバターをつけて食べるのが大好きですね。
メインディッシュは肉料理と魚料理が選べましたが、私にしては珍しく今回は魚料理にしました。
高知県宿毛産の魚料理で、魚や野菜の焼き加減が絶妙でとても美味しかったです。
ホワイトソースを魚などにからめていただくのも美味しかったですね。
締めはデザートとホットコーヒー。
久々のフレンチのランチはとても美味しかったです。
また、妻を連れて行ってみたいと思いました。
