新阪急インターナショナルのバイキングレストランです。
行ってからわかったのですが、席でモバイルを使ってオーダーすると、
店員さんが持ってきてくれます。
コロナで、このようなオペレーションになったのでしょう。
今までは、料理を目で見て、臭いを感じて、量を調節して取っていたのに、
画面で見て、一律の量で来るのは、ちょっと味気ない。
これは、バイキングとは言わない気がする。
単に、食べ放題だな。
料理の一つ一つに関しては、さすがに美味しい。
メニューも、和、洋、中と揃っているし、それなりに楽しいのですが。
ただ、一方でアツアツ感が足りないものもあるし、ちょっと残念。
ローストビーフなんかは、お一人様1回限りになってるのもこれまた残念。
これで正月料金取るのは、ちょっといただけない。
昔のいわゆるバイキングに戻してほしい。
