いただいたのは、お店で人気の
鯛御膳。
前菜、京都系の出汁炊き合せ、塩ですでに味付けしてある天ぷら、香の物、蕎麦にもりっと積まれた
鯛ごま漬け
天ぷらなどはどれも素材を活かす
繊細な味付け。
美味しいです。
メインの鯛はごまだれが濃厚なので
そのままご飯とも良いとのですが、やはり
出汁をかけて鯛茶漬けが絶品。
鯛自体も旨味がすごく、濃厚なごまだれと
合わせても負けてません、美味しい〜
お店の方もとても素敵な笑顔で
