ワインを美味しく飲めるお店を求め予約しました。
以前映画の試写会の二次会利用で来させていただいたお店です。
ゼックスウエスト自体が建物の奥の奥の方にあるので行くのに時間がかかりますが辿り着いてみれば最高のお店。
GWでしたが席に余裕はありそうでした。

・生ハム盛り合わせ
豪華5種の生ハム盛り合わせ。さながら生ハム界のSMAP。それぞれに個性があって役割があるような厳選された5種。
肉みの欲しいスタートでこれは大満足でした。ビールにも赤ワインにもばっちし。
・フォアグラとなんとかのパテ
メニューになかったのですがパテ的なものありますか？と聞いてみると用意していただけました。
こういったイレギュラーな事でも対応していただけてすごく感謝です。
パテ自体はハチミツが入っているのか甘みがありパンと合わせて食べるとスイーツのように感じました。生ハムが塩みのある料理なので甘みで変化をつけていただいたのかなと思いました。
・フレッシュトマトと水牛のモッツァレラチーズピザ
これはマジで最高でした。薄めの生地に具が載っていますがそれぞれしっかり存在感があってトマトは結構ごろっと乗ってましたが火が通り芯の硬さなどはなく見た目以上の重たさもなく見た目個体のトマトジュースが乗ってるようなイメージです。
もう一枚頼みそうになりました。他のピザも気になるものがあったのでまた行きたいです。
・ハネシタの炭火ステーキ
歳をとるにつれ脂身が重たくなってきていたのでハネシタにしました。
途中電話で抜けてしまっていたのと2次回らしき準備が始まっていたので急いで食べたのではっきり覚えてないですが水分が抜けてしまってた感があったのでもう少し脂身のある部位でも良かったかなと思いました。
理想を言えば部位の説明が書いていれば助かるなと思いました。
料理だけでなくサービスも雰囲気も最高でした。
デートづかいにも家族での食事にも記念日にもどんな使い方でも良いお店だと思いました。
