Our goal is to be a "udon restaurant that you can visit casually." The udon has a fragrant wheat flavor and you never get tired of it. People in Sanuki don't eat udon every day, but they say that Sanu
...ki udon is something you can eat every day. From the beginning, we have been committed to making udon that is kneaded by hand in the morning, rather than kneaded by machine, and we have been going strong since opening our store in Umeda, Osaka in 2004. On weekdays, we are mainly visited by business people, and on weekends, we have many couples and families. The most popular dish is "hiyashi udon 800 yen." Our specialty is "Champon udon 800 yen." On Sundays (when we are closed for a while), we offer a special menu (we close when we run out of noodles). Takeaway and mail-order of fresh udon is quietly very popular.
