初訪
北は北海道から南は沖縄まで70店舗以上を展開するイタリアンがメインのチェーン店。此方の店舗は、JR大阪駅から近い商業施設ハービスENTの7F。寿司、天麩羅、懐石が頂ける和食部門です。
本日、ランチ出遅れ。以前に隣のイタリアン部門を訪問した際に、誰も客の入っていなかった此方が頭に浮かびお邪魔してみました。
入店1215、先客はカウンターに2名様。ビンゴです...
2ケ月前にリニューアルしたカウンター席は広々。奥は、天麩羅コーナーのようです。
頂いたのは、込1500円：バクダン御膳。
* 後で気付きましたが、食べログ掲載のメニューでは、1200円 となってます。リニューアル時に価格変更されたのでしょうか？
ご登場したお料理の構成は、

・バクダン（ネギトロ、納豆、山芋、沢庵、鰹節、とびっ子、卵黄）

丼ご飯の倍近くある「バクダン」のボリュームに驚き。ご飯に乗せる前に、ヨクかき混ぜるよう20代と思われるカワイイ店員さんからご指示アリ...
久し振りにバクダンを食しましたが、とびっ子 と 沢庵の食感がイイですね。
以前のお値段設定でしたら満足ですが、ビンボーリーマンのお財布には少々、高めのお値段設定。ボリュームと構成で埋め合わせって感じでしょうか？大きくは外してないと思います。
