有頭海老のフライ定食とロースカツ丼定食を注文。
有頭海老は頭が馬鹿デカく胴体はほんのちょっと、頭を苦労して齧り終えるとすぐ尻尾に到達。
身よりも揚がった海老の殻を楽しむ人向け。
ご飯は美味しくて味噌汁もイリコの出汁が効いています。ここは◎。
他に牛蒡のきんぴらと大根の煮物が付いていましたがどちらもだいぶ塩辛いです。
カツ丼は平たい器を使っているのがご飯と一緒に食べるのに良いです。出汁の甘辛、玉子の半熟加減もちょうど良く、カツは厚く脂も無し、ただちょっと火が入りすぎて硬め。カツ丼には小鉢のわかめうどんと牛蒡のきんぴら付き。うどんは細めで腰があり美味しいけれど、うどん出汁、牛蒡、カツ丼と全部が塩からい料理となる組み合わせは客層を若者に絞っているのか。
あと、分煙されてません。換気も難しい構造。
煙草吸いのお客さん向けのお店なんですね。そういう店も必要でしょうけど。
吸わない者にとっては食事中の煙の臭いがダメでした。
