以前の大阪勤務時に明治安田生命ビルに事務所があったご縁から、階下のこちらのお店にはよく伺ってました。
再度の大阪勤務となって、「まだあるんだなー」とは思いながら、久々に訪問です。
そもそも凄くわかりにくい場所だし、露出も少ないので、ビル勤務者や訪問者しか行かないんじゃないかと思うお店です。
注文は「海老天うどんランチ」935円。
うどん大盛無料、ご飯お代わり無料だったので、うどんもご飯も大盛オーダーです。
久々過ぎて流石に記憶が薄いのですが、
お店の配置とかがだいぶ変わったなーと。
コロナもあって、お一人様用席も作ったんでしょうかね…
程なく配膳されると、炊き込みご飯は入れ物すりきりで入ってました◎
うどんのコシは無くて、四國だけど関西風。
お出汁は白だし風味で、かつお出汁が恋しくなります。
炊き込みご飯はお醤油の味が濃い目で、もぅ少し薄味が良いかなーと。
でも筍が沢山はいっていてそれは良かったですね◎
昔はそれなりに美味しかったような気がするのですが、変わったのはお店なのか僕なのか…
