We had a meet-and-greet plan at Japanese Cuisine "Osaka Ukihashi" located in Hotel Granvia Osaka, which is directly connected to Osaka Station. You can enjoy your meal slowly in a private room, making it perfect for get-togethers and celebrations. First of all, the atmosphere of the store. It is an extraordinary space based on the motif of ``Yume Ukihashi'' from The Tale of Genji, and the view from the upper floors is also wonderful. The private rooms are completely separated and have a sense of privacy. It can also be used for entertainment and engagement ceremonies. Next, the food. There are three types of meet-up plans, and we chose the middle one, the celebration course (15,000 yen). The course includes 9 items from appetizers to dessert. This is a Kaiseki meal using local ingredients from Osaka, with a gentle seasoning that brings out the flavor of the soup stock. Everything was delicious, including seasonal sashimi and Tempura. The staff were very polite and kind. The explanations and timing of the dishes were perfect. He also told us about the store's specialties and how to match shellfish from The Tale of Genji. I felt the hospitality that only a hotel can provide. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere and authentic Japanese Cuisine in a private room.
