久し振りに北新地ランチの新規開拓
選んだお店は此方
たらふく北新地総本店
創業４０有余年の活ふぐ料理専門店ですが気絶限定で活鱧や、すっぽん料理も楽しめます
鱧のランチは９月初旬で終了予定になってます

場所は、２号線沿いですが入口は裏通りになります
時短営業になった数ヶ月前からランチを始めたそうです
人通りが少ない裏通りにお昼のお品書き立て看板が出てます

店内は、総本店の風格を感じる大人な雰囲気

左手の厨房を囲むカウンターはアクリル板を立てて空き席を確保されてます
テーブル席は、夏らしくすだれを垂らしてます
奥に座敷と二階と三階にも個室と座敷があるので使い勝手抜群です

小鍋は、陶板焼きでグツグツ

ごぼうが敷き詰められて削ぎ切りにされた鱧の身を出汁で煮込んで卵とじにされてます

こんなん美味しいに決まってるや～ん
お酒が欲しくなります

黒の器に真っ白い鱧の身に赤い梅
緑のすだちの彩り
これぞ和食です

じゅんさいが浮いていて鱧の下に鱧の卵
上品な出汁が素晴らしい

銀シャリがふっくら炊きたてでめっちゃ美味しいです

鱧の柳川鍋を載せて丼にしようかと思ったけど勿体無いからそのまま食べてお代わりしちゃいました

主役から脇役まで手抜き無しで大満足させていただきました
次回は、鱧天重セットにチャレンジします
