Live blowfish milt is now in stock! We recommend that you order by reservation as they are a rare part of the fugu. Fresh 2kg size fugu blowfish from Nagasaki prefecture is prepared by skilled artisans one by one with all their hearts. A special tecchiri course with carefully selected tasty parts of fugu (blowfish) The "tessa" is a gorgeous dish served on a large platter! The dish includes thick "tecchiri", "charbroiled fugu", "deep-fried fugu" marinated in a special sauce and deep-fried to a crisp, and a zosui (rice porridge) to finish off the meal. The menu also includes "tekuchiri" and "charbroiled fugu"! This course is recommended for business entertainment and dinner with important people.

We only use fresh 2kg size tiger puffer fish landed daily from Nagasaki Prefecture. Using Tarafuku's unique cooking method, we offer not only tessa and tecchiri, but also our famous fried and charcoal-grilled fugu at reasonable prices. The ponzu sauce, which is the key to fugu dishes, is a secret flavor that has remained unchanged since our establishment and has been well received by everyone.
Food It's homemade so it's delicious! Tarafuku special Fukuju ponzu
All of our secret ponzu sauce is made in-house since our founding. Carefully made using ingredients such as kelp, deep ocean water, and sudachi from Tokushima, it has a rich and mellow flavor that goes perfectly with our signature blowfish dishes. The sourness of the ponzu sauce and the umami of the blowfish meat fuse in your mouth, creating a rich aroma. It would also be a great gift to take home or as a souvenir.

We are particular about not only the food but also the space! Seats are table seats, tatami mats, and completely private rooms. You can enjoy all the delicious parts of the hamo meat. Hamoyaki Shimozukuri is made using a boneless technique. The taste is just like tasting tessa, and it goes great with the special ponzu sauce! In addition to the standard conger conger shabu hotpot, there are many variations such as conger conger grilled with frosting, conger conger grilled with charcoal, etc.
