You can choose from ponzu sauce, soy sauce, and dipping sauce, but since it's my first time, I'll ask for a recommendation. I recommend ponzu sauce. Puffer fish appeared soaked in ponzu sauce. The homemade ponzu sauce soaks in well, and it tastes different from the top! My partner didn't like the skin, so I will eat it all. Lots of (#^.^#) collagen I was a little disappointed that there were not many vegetables, but I was able to enjoy the pufferfish. After the grilled pufferfish, the pan comes out and it is porridge.
