いろいろ食べたり呑んだりしました。
昭和の人間なんで、クジラに
ノスタルジックな感覚があります。
小学校の給食でよくクジラのオカズ出てたなぁ
あの甘辛な焼肉みたいなオカズ…好きだったなぁ…
的な。
そんなこともあり、
久しくお目にかかってない、
クジラを食すべくコチラへ
洗練された鯨料理の数々。
鯨はりしゃぶ鍋。ええ感じです。
ほんと鯨って旨いですね。
好きだわぁオレ。
美味しかったです。
