大阪単身赴任時代から、チャンスがあれば行きたかったたけうちうどんさん。コシのあるなにわうどんの真髄を探るべく機会を窺っておりましたが、敢えなく大阪単身生活は解消。今般出張の機会を得たので、中津に宿をとって（笑）突撃相成りました。
頼むはもちろん、1番人気のとり天ぶっかけうどん。程なく着丼し対面すると、まずは綺麗な麺線、ここにあつあつの鶏天と大根おろし、ぶっかけダレの三位一体感。
早速食い進めると、長くてコシのあるモチモチ麺が襲来。噛み切りながら麺道を掻き分けて進む。これは讃岐と浪花の最強の融合形態であると感じる美味しさ。そこに熱々サクサクの鶏天、こちらも噛み締めるほどに旨みが襲ってきます。
流石に大阪No.1の呼び声もあるお店ですね。中津に宿を取ってまで来る価値のあるうどん屋さんだと実感しました。
