When I think of restaurants in the Osaka Ekimae building, I get the impression that they are underground shopping malls, but this restaurant was on the 32nd floor and the weather was nice, so the view was pretty good. Booked the applause course starting at 3pm. I arrived a little early, but the store staff welcomed me. Thanks to having made a reservation, the meal started smoothly and we were served an aperitif of plum wine. By the way, I came by car, so I had apple juice. The steamed abalone appetizer was followed by spiny lobster. Ise lobster salad with lots of vegetables, sweet and lively lobster. And the perfect amount of piping hot and rich lobster soup. At this point, the spiny lobster takes a short break. Stone-grilled beef fillet with eggplant, carrots, and pumpkin. The spiny lobster was of course delicious, but this beef fillet was also tender and the flavor spread throughout my mouth with every bite, and it was on par with the spiny lobster. Next, I thought it would be a light soup as per the menu, but when I opened the lid, I was greeted with a rich red soup stock. This red soup stock was the only one that wasn't very good, it was too strong and there was a lot of it, so I couldn't finish it. Next was a citrus-based sorbet, which refreshed the taste of the dark red soup stock. Next is the main dish, Chunagonyaki Ise lobster. The staff skillfully peeled the spiny lobsters, which were packed with flesh, neatly. I took a big bite of the shrimp and felt like I had the flavor of the shrimp all to myself. The main event is over and the conclusion is approaching. Although you can't tell from the photo, Ochazuke(boiled rice with tea)was made with a light soup stock, lots of seaweed, and Ise lobster meat. I didn't like melon for dessert, so I passed it on to my partner and calmed down with some coffee. Not only was the food delicious, it looked good, the portions were just right (except for the red soup stock), the customer service was perfect, and the view, which took advantage of the location on the 32nd floor, was amazing, and I was able to spend a meaningful time there. Thank you for the meal.
