大阪梅田から南側、大阪駅前第3ビルの最上階33Fにある老舗の日本料理店です。
ビルが竣工された1979年時点では西日本一の高さがあったらしく、地上142mの最上階から望む景色は抜群です。
店内は昭和の雰囲気が残る老舗レストランといったイメージです。
【会席料理 梅】8800円
9品の季節御飯、香の物、デザートなどが付いた会席料理のコースです。
会席料理というもあり、盛り付けも丁寧で使用している器はどれも色鮮やかで視覚的にも楽しめます。
素材の味を活かしていると言えばそれまでですが、どれもあっさりした上品な味付けで、個人的には少し物足りなさを感じました。
鯒(コチ)の湯洗いは、鯒本来のふっくらした食感と酸味のある蓼ドレッシングとの相性が良く、美味しくいただけました。
広々とした個室で大阪市街の景色を眺めながら、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。
