Food “Gochuan” is “next” to Sichuan.
Instead of ground pork, we use plenty of ``Japanese black beef stew'' and sprinkle with domestically produced ``real sansho tsukudani'', which was not available in the home of Sichuan or in Japan, so we created it as the ``next'' mapo tofu from Sichuan. We named it [Gosen]. (The logic behind Ichiro is Jiro.) Furthermore, the next mapo tofu, `` Sukiyaki-like Mapo Tofu'' (pictured here), was born. (It's like an international marriage between Chinese and Japanese Cuisine.)

Originally, the owner was studying hard to make traditional Chinese food, but he was so taken aback by the many famous restaurants in Kitashinchi that he created something completely incomparable. (You could also say that it mutated to adapt to the environment.) Sweet and sour pork becomes shaped like a planetarium, fried chicken becomes shaped like an amusement park, salad becomes like Sushi... Sometimes I only fry fried rice for 10 seconds. But there's also a good reason for that. It's all about enjoying the deliciousness.
DrinkA “good friend” is natural wine
Chinese Cuisine that uses Shaoxing wine or old wine is suitable. However, at our restaurant, we have many dishes that use wine, so wine would be a better choice. The word "mariage" may be a bit embarrassing, but please enjoy it as if you were talking about "Belle Equipe" or "a good friend."

Our store is 18 years old and was born and raised in Kitashinchi, Osaka. This is all thanks to Osaka's "interesting culture." Mr. Sato, a cooking writer, carefully prepares his meals every day because
