凄く楽しい中華屋さん。
この日は全8品8,800円のコースを頼みました。
5種類は決まっていて、残りの3種類を選んで頼めるコースでした。
5種類は全て頼みたいものばかりでした。
まずは、お寿司のようなお刺身サラダ。
これが本当にお寿司のようでサラダなんです。
ひと口食べて、美味しさと驚きで、次からの料理もワクワク。
次は、ところてんのようなクラゲ。
コリコリしていて、本当に美味しい。
春巻き、エビチリと続き、ステーキ屋さんのような青椒肉糸は、目の前で混ぜて盛り付けしてくださいます。
次は楽しみにしていた、プラネタリウムのような酢豚。
AIがしゃべってくれるのですが、これは行ってからのお楽しみにしといた方が楽しいかと思うので、詳細は省きますが、この酢豚が本当に美味しい！
中にチーズが入っていて、酢豚っぽくない！けど、酢豚。笑
そして美味しい。
最後に、すき焼きのような麻婆豆腐。
熱々の鉄板で最後まで冷める事はなかったです。
独創的なので、お味はそれほどかと思いきや、本当に全て美味しかったです。
五感とまではいきませんが、視覚・聴覚・嗅覚・味覚が楽しめて、凄く楽しいディナーになりました。
デートや接待、友達と、何にでも使えそうなお店でした。
新地にあるので少し遠いですが、またぜひ行きたいです。
