会社の〝季節のごはんを思いきり楽しむ会”たるものの（私も全く知らなかったのですが‥）1人が胃腸炎で欠席 誰か代わりをってことで私にお声が こんな日に限って堺筋本町の某有名店にて遅めのランチにエビフライ定食を食べてしまったのでどうかなと思いながらせっかくの機会なので急遽此方へ
お誘いを受けた時はお店も聞いてなかったのですがなんと前々から訪ねてみたいと思っていたお店の一つだったので午後からはワクワクが止まりませんでした⭐︎
北新地駅で待ち合わせて６人で
賑わう永楽通りを人を避けさけ1分ほどすすみ、意外とカジュアルな扉を開けると中華料理店とは思えないダークブラウン基調のBARを想わせる落ち着いた雰囲気の店内
お店の全てが見渡せる中央のオシャレなテーブル席へ座ると不思議とおなかが空いてきました＾＾

エビチリはえびの揚げ方が最高で少しのソースで十分味わえますし、なんといっても麻婆豆腐が今まで食べたことないくらいおいしくて
大粒の山椒の実がゴロゴロ入ってるのに辛いだけでなく最後に甘みが残る‥そして牛すじがお豆腐とうまく絡んで‥最高^ ^
四川を大きく超えてました◎

こちらのシェフは芦屋の中華料理店や西梅田のイタリアンなどで創意工夫を重ねながら此方にたどり着いたと
地元が北海道なのでお魚やお野菜も直送で取り寄せたり国産素材にこだわっておられますので安心感もありますね⭐︎
ゆったりと時が流れる大人の空間で、とてもおいしい中華料理でした
気がつけば私が1番はしゃいでたかも‥
ホントにおいしかったです
