Aちゃんオススメの鉄板焼き♡
５年程前に、お友達にオススメされて何度か伺っていたお店。久しぶりに、行ってみよー(*'▽'*)
今回は、『アニバーサリープラン』的なコースを予約して伺いました。色々あって、個室でのお食事♪
本日の食材…鮑が大きくて良い‼︎お肉も綺麗✨✨
先ずは、シャンパンで乾杯。
前菜は、サーモンのサラダ…色鮮やかです。
鮑は柔らかく、とっても美味しい♡肝のほろ苦さが堪らない。どのお料理も、２〜３種のソースで楽しめるのが嬉しいですね。
今日のお肉は、花乃牛。一度焼き…少し休ませ…もう一度軽く焼く。お口の中で、肉汁が溢れ出ます。脂に甘みがあり、美味しい❤️少しの山葵とお塩でいただくのが、一番美味しいです。
〆は、やっぱり…ガーリックチップをたっぷり使用した『ガーリックライス』これでなきゃ‼︎
デザートには、メッセージ(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)❤️
今年は、色々と大変な一年でした。
来年は、良い一年でありますように…♡
次回は、妹ちゃんのお誕生会に再訪予定。

鮑は焼くのが一番好き♡柔らかく美味しい。
サーロインとフィレの食べ比べ…程良い脂の甘みを感じる『フィレ』の勝利です。
今回の〆は、カレーライスにしました。さすが、ステーキ屋さんのカレー♡お肉が解れて、ルート一体化していて…美味しかったぁ〜(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)✨
まん防で限られた時間でしたが、とても美味しく…楽しい時間を過ごせました。
