ランチコースの「プティ・フルール」を
いただきました。
飛び込みにもかかわらず、直ぐに席を作って下さり
有難うございました。
着席するや、さっと荷物置きを用意され、
油がはねるからと、ナプキンをかけて下さいました。
シルバーのチェーンで、首からしっかり生地の
白のナプキンが掛けられているわたし・・・
地蔵か！
前菜からいきなり燻製？の肉ですから
びっくりです。
有馬さんのように、副菜が素敵！というのではなく、
肉自体が美味しいので、岩塩だけで食べました。
有馬さんもそうですが、鉄板焼きのシェフって、
黙々で声小っさ！
でも、それが「職人！」って感じで良かったです。
接遇は☆5です！
