ここKICHIRIは、和食とイタリアン系の居酒屋です。チーズと多種多様なドリンクが売りですね。
落ち着いた照明に、木と白色が基調のすっきりした店内です。
今日は、直前の予約で入れましたが、ほぼ満席です。案内された席は、掘りごたつ式の足が伸ばせる楽々スペースです。
さて、アラカルトでいきます。
付き出しに、
特製ローストビーフ、バーニャカウダ、とろとろのラクレットチーズをポテトにどっさりのせたラクレットポテト！に、パリパリとすっきり梅味の紀州南高梅タタキキュウリ。
鉄鍋ナポリタンに、雲丹釜飯！。
鉄鍋ナポリタンは、イタリア直送の熟成生ハムのチーズたっぷり。カゴメナポリタンスタジアム2017の関西大会優勝メニューだそうです。美味しい！
雲丹釜飯は、オーダーから約30分で目の前でふっくら炊き上がります。これまた、良い味です。
後半は、写真を撮ることもしばしば忘れて堪能しました。
店員さんの対応がさわやかで、これまた良いです。
来るたびに洗練されているようで、また来たいお店です。
株式会社きちり は、大阪梅田ルクアにイタリアン・フードマーケットMerca を出しており、その洗練された雰囲気が ここKICHIRI 梅田に反映されているように思えます。きちり全体の展開も楽しみです。
