平日の夕食に『チキリ』さんに伺いました。
梅田に2店舗ある事を知らず、茶屋町阪急駅さんに伺ってしまいました。
こちらの店舗は、東通り商店街側でした。
20:15で予約。
ほぼジャスト入店になりました。
入り口のスタッフさんが、荷物の預かりや靴の預かり等でお席まで案内＆帰りのお会計などを担当してくれます。
仕事の出来るスタッフさんで、印象が良いです(*´-`)
平日なのに、また個室も有るので分かりませんが、ほぼ満席に見えました。
お料理やドリンクは、QRコードでオーダー。
オーダー後、10分程で瓶ビールと生中が到着。
でも、一緒にオーダーしたコップが出てこない(-｡-;
お通しのバーニャカウダサラダも野菜は来た、ソースを温めるろうそくも付けてくれたがソースは来ない(-｡-;
続いて、韓国チーズボールが4分後にくる。
瓶ビール用のコップ、バーニャカウダのソースが欲しいと再度、注文(-｡-;
それから数分後に、バーニャカウダのソースが到着。
再度、瓶ビール用のコップもお願いする。
数分後に、やっとコップ２つが届けられたが1つが洗い立て？濡れた状態ででてきた(-｡-;
自前のティッシュでコップを拭いて乾杯へ。
瓶ビールがぬるい(p_-)
交換！なんて鬼トークはしないが…アジア風に氷をお願いする事に。
スタッフさんに、ビールがぬるいから氷をお願いしたら『すみません』等も無く…
10分程の時間がかかり、ジョッキに入った氷が頂けた(-.-;) うーん。
チーズボールから6分後に、本場博多の熟成明太子うどんが着丼。（同席者①②の今日No. 1）
更に4分後に、ウニといくらのちょこっと贅沢クリームパスタが着丼。（私の今日No. 1）
更に4分後にロメインレタスのシーザーサラダが届けられた。
同時に頼んで、サラダが最後…。
まぁ、良いんですがねぇ(¬_¬)高級店じゃないし。
サラダが届けられた頃には、テーブルが広い訳じゃないので〜食べ終えたお皿を下げて頂きたく、通路に置いて見るが…全く下げられない∑(ﾟДﾟ)
料理を運んできて、氷を持ってきて手ぶらで帰るんかーいぃ！運ぶだけなら、ロボットでも出来るぞ！
ロボットだって、下げて欲しいお皿を置いて下さい！って、言えるぞ（笑）
レジに立ち上がる頃には、お料理が遅くなった件で、謝罪に来られたスタッフさんが下げて行かれました。←この方も仕事の出来る方だと思います。
何だか、スタッフさんの差が大きいです。
お料理は、全て美味しい。
彩りもキレイ！お店の雰囲気も良い。
元々のキチリさんのコンセプトは、ちょっと高くても行きたいと思って貰えるお店を目指していた気がします。
時代に合わせて、店舗によって価格も少し上げて良いんじゃないでしょうか。
ホールのスタッフさんに、タイミーさんみたいな人が増えると長期スタッフさんの負担が大きいように思えました。
何も対応出来ないタイミーさん的な方に1,000円超えの時給を払うなら、長期スタッフさんを倍の価格で雇って、しっかり対応出来る人を揃える方がお店の印象が良いかと思えます。
せめて人数だけでは〜負担が違い過ぎる気がします。
どうしても必要なら、お皿洗いや食器の下げ程度で長期スタッフと値段の差を付けないと、大事なスタッフのヤル気を無くして退職に繋がるのではないでしょうか(ｰｰ;)
この後、お料理の追加もしましたが、提供に時間が掛かり1点はキャンセルをお願いしました(T-T)すみません。
