変わった形のカウンター席に案内され着席。
入口付近だったので女性にはひざ掛けなのか
割烹着が渡されていました。笑
土佐鮨とのことで、カツオタタキが名物？らしくまずは注文。その場で藁焼きではなく既に仕込まれており、よく冷えたタタキが出てきました。
肉厚で香ばしく美味しかったのですが、少し魚臭さが気になりました。
お鮨以外にもたくさん種類があり、1品だけでも満足できそうな品数でした。今日はお鮨を食べに行ったので食べたいメニューを1貫ずつ頼んでいきました。
おすすめは太刀魚です。良い食感で美味でした。
他には生げそも美味しかったです。
鰹のお鮨は生を期待していましたがタタキで少し残念。
車海老は生け簀から取ってすぐに捌くため
出てくる時はまだ動いてました。
頭は七輪で焼いて出してくれました。
カウンターは4.5組入れますが、全部埋まると
注文するタイミングが難しいです。
廊下に多くの従業員が並んでいますが、
後ろから見られているようで気まずさがありました。
隣に座った予約のお客さんが紙タバコをスパスパ吸っており、あまりに臭すぎて急いで退店しました。
予約して行ったので事前に聞くなどのその辺りの気遣いが欲しかったところです。
