お店オススメの玉手箱にお造り10点は、
少しずつ色んなものが食べられて
お食事が楽しくなります。
そして、一つ一つもおいしく、
これだけで、とりあえず満足！になります。
日本酒の種類も多く、三井の寿もありました！
玉手箱とお刺身でまぁまぁお腹いっぱいに
なるので、また来て他のメニューも
食べてみたいな！と思います。

玉手箱は
・いくらの乗った冷製茶碗蒸し
・イカの麹づけ
・鶏肝の柔らか煮
・燻製たまごのポテサラ
・菜の花の天ぷら
・菜の花のおひたし
・きんぴらごぼう
・燻製チーズ
・イワシの甘露煮
茶碗蒸しはやさしい味でいくらのプチプチ、
塩味とのバランスが良くて美味しかったです。
鶏肝も臭みは全くなく、濃厚なお味で美味しい。
チーズは、出す前に炙っているのか
温かさと香りが立ってこれも好き。
菜の花の天ぷらも、さっくり上がってシンプルに
塩味、春の緑の味がとても良かった。

・マグロ(の若いの。名前忘れた)
・鰹
・平目
・さわら
・湯葉
卵の黄身の醤油漬けが添えてあり、湯葉やイカなど
淡白なお魚につけて食べるのが面白かった。
今が旬ののれそれが食べられたのも嬉しい。
鰹なんかも、全然臭くなく、丁寧に仕込まれて
いるんだな、と想像できます。
10種類食べられて、どれもハズレがないのが
素晴らしい。
▪️蛍烏賊の酢味噌和え 650円
酢味噌は、お店によって甘味が強かったり
するので、自分ではあまり頼まないのですが
ここのは、酸味も甘さもそんなに強くなく
蛍烏賊の旨味を味わえました
▪️アスパラの天ぷら 1,300円
びっくりするくらい極太なアスパラ。
根元の方は倦厭しがちなのですが、
そもそも大きいからか、根本もアスパラの
味がしっかりして、何よりジュシー。
繊維っぽくて妥協しながら食べるか
筋を取るため厚く皮を剥いてヒョロヒョロに
なるかしかないと思っていたアスパラの根本が
こんなに美味しいとは。
新鮮だから、天つゆより塩で食べる方が
美味しかったです。
