中崎町「おっとう」最近ヘビーローテーションなのがココの鉄板焼です。
オレンジ色の看板に誘われて、晩ゴハンでも食べようかと、ひとりでぷらぷら入ったのがはじまり。
最近では月１回以上行ってる気がします。
鉄板焼屋さんだから当たり前なのだけど、調理場も調理風景も良く見渡せて見ていて飽きません。
おそらく10席程度のテーブル席もありますが、断然カウンターがオススメ。
よく整理整頓された調理場で繰り広げられるマスターの丁寧な手さばきを見ていると、それだけでも飽きません。
初めて入ったときは、食事が出てくる前から「この店は当たりだなー」と思わせられた仕事っぷりでした。
注文は圧倒的におまかせがオススメです。
予算や食材のリクエストを伝えたら、それに合わせて良いものを出してくれます。
前菜。牡蠣がクリーミーで(゜Д゜)ウマー!!!!!
「野菜が食べたい！」といって出してもらいました。
レンコンが(゜Д゜)ヤベー!!!!!
鯨ステーキ。全然臭くないです。
食材も味付けも、北新地だったら倍はいっちゃうんじゃないかってクオリティです。
おまかせで食べて飲んで一人5000円〜8000円くらいでしょうか。
新地的店構えや接客にこだわらないで、おいしいモノをたべたいのであれば、梅田周辺からだったらワンメーターなので、タクシー乗ってでもこっちにきたほうがお得。
今まで何人か連れて行きましたが、みんな満足。
「鉄板焼でおいしい店なんて行ったことがない」
と言っていた奥さんも、この店だけは大絶賛でした。
そんなわけで、梅田周辺で何か食べたいときは、ぜひオススメの一店でした。
