いいにくの日(11月29日)に合わせて良い肉を食したいと思い、北新地にある「和牛まつした」さんを訪れました！こちら焼肉WEST百名店にも選出されてます☆ (しかも４度も選ばれ栄冠に輝いてます♪)まず間違いないでしょう！
以前かつては、お値打ちランチ営業もやっていたそうなのですが…最近は夜の営業に力を入れられてます♪
こちらは接客サービスに定評がありますので、そちらに注力されてるのであれば大変に良い事と思います！
さて夜は17時からの開店なのですが、最も早い時間だと15時半から「お重」物をオーダーさせて頂くことが出来ましてw前日迄の要予約!スムーズに受けられます

「黒毛和牛しぐれ重」(税込1,000円)
温かいうちは牛蒡のような芳しい香りが立ち、お肉はホロホロとした軽い食感と煮汁しっかり詰まっている味わい！旨味が凝縮されていて美味しい☆
(パッと見は牛丼のようなので、味の期待は下がってたのですが…とんでもない！一口目を食して「旨い!!」が率直に出てくるのですから♪この破格値で良いのかw)
そして、こちらは店の方々が高いレベルで接客されているのが素晴らしい！特に店長さんは北新地の立地で所作の1つ1つが磨かれ洗練されており…立ち振る舞いの全てから自信みなぎる感じが溢れておられました☆
それなのに喋られると優しげな言葉遣いで物腰やわらかw見た目とのギャップに良い意味で驚かされました!

接客サービスは流石の素晴らしさで…星4つ以上
店も雰囲気が良くて北新地に店構えるだけの事はある!
夜は相応の価格ではありますけど、まず店の味を知るきっかけであったりと…入りを広げられている店側の工夫や特に配慮が有難い。このコスパで百名店の味を一端とはいえ食せる機会は恵まれていると思います♪

こちら「和牛まつした」さんは、大阪北新地でお薦めできる焼肉WEST百名店の1つであると思います！！
