Born in Shiga in 1965. After working as an exclusive sommelier at several Restaurants "Bistro Vincinc", he became the manager of our restaurant. He has been working in this area for over 20 years and has many customers as a ``Kitashinchi famous sommelier.'' Whether you're a wine lover or just a casual visitor, we provide a relaxing moment with our friendly customer service and gentle tone.
ChefChef Toyoichi Kai/Profile
Born in Tokushima in 1970. After graduating from culinary school, he worked as an exclusive chef for several Restaurants and artists visiting overseas, and joined our restaurant in 2009 as the opening chef. Through his career as a chef and his strong inquisitive spirit, he has created a number of dishes that take time and effort to make the most of the quality of the ingredients, and continue to evolve every day. Please enjoy Chef Kaito's many masterpieces with wine carefully selected by our sommelier.
