この日はディナーで大阪北新地にあるVin樹亭さんへ
北新地駅からと徒歩で５分もかかからない程
今回はアラカルトで食べたいものを注文
こちらに来たら食べたかった看板メニューのVin樹亭焼きフロマージュ
フワフワのスフレタイプのお好み焼きで、目の前で仕上げてくださりワインが合うような上品な味わい
思っていたより小さくて、１人１個食べれるくらいライトです
一番美味しく印象に残ったのは焼きそばです
焼きそばと言うよりパスタに近いような
麺も味付けも個人的にタイプで絶品でした
雰囲気も落ち着いており、会食や記念日に使えそうです
