千葉からのお友達を迎えて当店へ。コロナ以前からのお付き合いで、何せ新規開拓力とネゴパワーが半端ない人で、2、3年前に会社も起こされたらしく色々お勉強させてもらっております。
大阪で魚と言えば当店という評価が多かったので、場所が梅田からちょい遠いですがご足労頂きました。
確かにカツオを刺身で出すところもなかなかなく、鳴門のハモも関西らしくていい接待ができました。トークは労働人生のEXITの話ばっかり。カウンターでふと隣を見ると、暇そうにしてる外国の方がいて、ハモ食ってみてーというトークから、その人がルネサンス期の絵の教授らしく、なかなか難しい話題でしたが、わしらの会計までするといってくれたので、そこは気持ちだけで嬉しいありがとーという話で終わりました。
提供頂く食べ物は総じて美味しいのは異論ございませんが、せめてWi-Fiがあればもっとトークに華がさくし、滞在時間も伸びるような気もしますが、お店の思惑なら仕方ございません。
