毎月メニューが変わる度に来させてもらってますが最近はどんどん予約も取りにくくなってます。
私は運が良く今のところ毎月予約が取れています。
料理内容は和洋折衷と言うべきが何と言うか…
どれもこれも驚きの連続で、初めて行った時の感動を今も忘れられません。
毎月伺う前にはどんな料理が出るかなと楽しみに行きたいのでSNSで料理内容とかを載せてる人がいると目を閉じるようにしています。
とにかく行って欲しいお店なのは間違いありませんが、これを見て行かれる事で私が予約取りにくくなるなら行かないで欲しい…そんなお店です。
今月も楽しみにしてます。

The food is impeccable and cooked in a way that is unimaginable at other high-end restaurants. You can see how difficult it is to decide on the menu each month. When you visit for the first time, you will surely think, "So this is how they serve this fish," "So this is how they serve this meat." I enjoy visiting once a month. This month, too, I enjoyed everything from the first dish to the last. I won't say much. Everything was excellent, including the world's best chicken dish. I look forward to seeing you again next month.
