The dishes were all unique and out of this world. I could see why it is called "Noguchi Taro Cuisine" because it does not fit into existing frameworks. It was a restaurant where you could enjoy various surprises and fun things, such as A5 rank Hida beef Sukiyaki sandwiched in a panini, or spreading steamed rice wrapped in lotus leaves and then pouring salmon roe on top. The specialty satsumaage, the world's best chicken dish, and Shaved ice at the end were all delicious!
