お昼に「名家（めいけ） 華中華（カチュウカ）」ハービスENT店に行ってきました。
因みに、近くの複合テナントビル「E-ma」の6Fにあったイーマ本店は閉店しています。人流の問題かな？
100席を誇る広々とした店内は高天井で「兵馬俑」の兵士（レプリカ）がディスプレーされています。「軍吏俑」かな。
「テイスティングランチ」（1,100円）にしました。
2大人気メニューの「四川麻婆豆腐」と「エビマヨ」が両方同時に楽しめる平日限定のランチです。
「春雨サラダ」です。硬めに茹でられた春雨とキュウリとニンジン少々を中華ドレッシングで和えています。
とろみの付いた優しい味の玉子スープとご飯です。どちらもお代わり自由です。（しませんでしたが）
「四川麻婆豆腐（ハーフサイズ）」です。もちろん、ご飯に載せて麻婆丼スタイルで。

「海老のマヨネーズソース（ハーフサイズ）」です。甘い練乳入りの中華マヨネーズがたっぷりです。
