この日は、朝から所要で西梅田界隈へ。
友人も一緒だったこともあり、所要後、近隣でランチをいただくことに。
ちょうど西梅田の地下街を歩きながら梅田への戻り最中だったので、必然的に選択肢としては、
・ハービスENT
・ハービスプラザ
・ブリーゼブリーゼ
・ヒルトンプラザ
あたりに絞られてくるんですよね(笑)
ふと、「中華がいいかな♪」と口走ったわたし。
見ると、その直後に立ち寄ってみた「ハービスENT」にしっかり中華がある～♡
はぃ、決まり♪
週末の13時前というタイミングでしたがスムーズにお席にご案内いただきました。
ハービスENTの上階の飲食店にしては思ったより天井は低めで、比較的コンパクトにテーブルもレイアウトされている印象を受けました。
いただいたのは、「レディースランチ 2,000円」。
昭和女子ふたりはいずれも、「レディースランチ」というワードに弱いのです(笑)
ここに、「グラス赤ワイン 600円」を。
10分程でお持ちいただいのですが、、、
３種盛りされたお皿２枚がトレーに対して、かなり斜め角度で置かれた状態で提供されました。
そういう設置スタイル？ と思ったのですが、同じ内容を注文した友人のプレートを見て、その思いが間違っていたことに気づきました。
そして、なんとも表現しがたい存在感、、、。
小鉢６種は、いずれも２口サイズの惣菜。
驚くほど山椒がきいていた よだれ鶏。
若干強めのオイリー感をまとった サーモン刺身。
翡翠茄子のようなトロトロ感が楽しめた 茄子の冷製。
若干パサつき感がありつつも肉肉しさたっぷりの 香港風チャーシュー。
プリプリ食感が、マヨネーズソースにその味わいをかき消されてしまっていた エビマヨ。
もこもこ食感だけ印象が残り、じっくり堪能するまで至らなかった 本ズワイ蟹のミルク天ぷら。
なお、冒頭にその佇まいに、最も衝撃を受けた別小皿「春雨サラダ」。
味わいは、、、見た目通り、パサつき感を感じました。
デザートにいたっては、杏仁豆腐の思いきや、片栗粉の水で混ぜた瞬間のようなドロドロのテクスチャーにこれまた衝撃を受け、、、きっと、自身が抱く味わいのイメージを異なるのかなと思い、ご遠慮させていただきました。
グラス赤ワインは、この”ハービスENT” という場所を考慮すると600円でいただけるのは嬉しいですね。
残念な部分もあったものの、気心しれた仲良し同世代女子との時間だったので、楽しく界隈をしながら過ごすことができました。
