Tosa Akaushi has a good balance of lean meat and marbling, and is particularly well-known for its delicious lean meat. The secret is that lean meat is rich in amino acids, which are the components of umami and sweetness. This is said to be 2 to 4 times that of Kuroge Wagyu beef. In addition, marbling has a low melting point, making it crispy, and the harmonious combination of marbling and the delicious taste of red meat allows you to enjoy the unique flavor of Akaushi.
