1 minute walk from Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line. It is an udon shop on Shinchihon Street. A brand operated by Kato Pleasure Group. Opened in Osaka in 1978 as a handmade udon shop "Honke Sanuki". In 1989, he opened "Tsurutontan" in Minami, Osaka, which combines the "Sanuki udon" manufacturing method with Osaka culture. Currently, we have 14 restaurant in Japan and 4 restaurant in the United States, mainly in Tokyo and Osaka. This shop opened in 2010. Each of the restaurant that unfolds has a different concept, and this restaurant has the taste and atmosphere of a restaurant. The warm interior with a Japanese atmosphere is equipped with counter seats and private rooms, making it a luxurious place that can be used not only for everyday meals but also for banquets and entertainment. The menu includes about 40 types of udon noodles alone, including creative udon noodles such as kitsune udon, kelp udon, meat udon, curry udon, and other creative udon noodles such as mentaiko cream udon, bacon carbonara udon, Champon udon, and white sesame noodles. Other options include Sushi, rice bowls, salads, Fried food and multi-course meals. ♦ Curry Sanmai no Udon 1,980 yen Curry Udon topped with shrimp tenfura, shabu meat, and katsu. The noodles are chewy and elastic with a standard thickness. The curry, which is a combination of kelp and bonito flakes, has a mild and elegant finish. The thick katsu and shrimp were delicious, but the shabu meat was worth mentioning. The meat was very delicious, with a soft texture and full of flavor, leaving a moderately rare feeling. I think it is one of the high-class udon restaurants, but it was a great success, with customers coming in one after another. The price of udon noodles is the same from 1 ball ~ 3 balls, so when you want to eat a lot, you may feel surprisingly cheap. In addition, low-sugar locavo noodles are also available, so it is easy to eat even if you are concerned about sugar content. It was a good restaurant with good taste, good atmosphere and a satisfying meal. It's a feast.
