Third visit. I received the last moon ring bear ^^
Third visit. This time, I made a reservation the last time I came. I missed a lot of the menu while we were talking, but everything was delicious ^^ Especially the clams and sea urchin grilled were extravagant and delicious ♪ Also, for the main dish, I was lucky enough to be able to eat it at this time of year, so I ordered it. Lately, my satiety center has been acting stupid, so I ordered extra fried shrimp and shrimp soup curry to share. Shrimp soup curry is rich and delicious! Second visit. This time, I ordered a lot of alcohol and two additional items to finish the meal, so the price was pretty good (lol) The food here was very good, and the staff, including the owner, were very nice. It's a restaurant that you can enjoy whether you're with a group or alone ^^ They took care to change the menu little by little so that it wouldn't be the same as the dishes they served the last time I came ^^ I'm glad for such consideration ( *´艸`) Everything was delicious, but the 100% fava bean Croquette was truly green and shocking (゚д゚)! The turban shell grilled with truffles was GOOD! The main dish was probably the last Kuma no Harihari hotpot for this season. I received it ♪ The fat was sweet and delicious ( *´艸`) Then, I ate the silver shari and 9 types of rice and ordered additional ^^; I received the curry and vinegared somen ♪ Everything was delicious. ^^ I'm full (lol) I'm looking forward to the delicious food next time ^^ It was delicious! One of the few kappo style restaurants in Nakatsu
First time visiting. I wanted to go there because it's in the neighborhood, but I finally made it. There seems to be a counter and a tatami room in the back. selection the cooking to you. Instead of starting all at once, you can wait until the time is right for the food to be served ^^ I heard they said they're open from 4pm ^^; This time's menu is: - Appetizer - Sea urchin salmon roe with yuba jelly - Appetizer - Chawanmushi with bean paste, Abalone mushrooms, Hitake mushrooms, Shiitake mushrooms・Sashimi: Mackerel, medium-fatty grilled frosting, Sanuki octopus, sword tip squid, sea bream, striped horse mackerel ・Yakimono: Salt-grilled hairtail ・Fried food: Tondabayashi shrimp sweet potato, Shiga lotus root ・Chopstick rest: Eel grilled with Japanese pepper and grilled eggplant ・Main duck, Harihari ・Main: Duck Sukiyaki, rice dishes・Rice soup 10 kinds of rice accompaniments ・Dessert Monaka All of them were very delicious ^^ Other than some of the basic rice accompaniments, there seems to be almost no salt used, so it seems to be gentle on the body. Even without using salt, the taste of the ingredients and the flavor of the soup stock are strong, and you won't feel like it's lacking at all. I guess it's a solid yet simple statement. It's delicious! Also, the owner is friendly and we enjoy talking while we eat ^^ It seems that the season for bears, wild boars, and puffer fish starts around the second half of November, so I'm looking forward to it (*´艸`) I'm especially confident about bears. I'm looking forward to the next time because it seems like you're here ♪ It was delicious ^^ I'll visit again! Thank you for the meal♪

1か月半ぶりくらいかな?の訪問。
今回も美味しいモノをいっぱい頂いてきました^^
そして美味しいお酒もいっぱい(笑
どれもこれも美味しかったですが、今回はやっぱ山菜の天ぷらが素敵( *´艸`)
どれも大きくしっかりした山菜。お味の方も旬を感じる苦味や土の薫り。
それを肴に日本酒を。あぁ。。。幸せ(´▽`)
そしてトウモロコシのスープもすごい!
なんというか。。。とうもろこし!とうもろこし100%!
ヒゲ?皮の薫りも身の旨味もしっかり♪
メインは鴨のすき焼きを選んで、〆で迷う。。。。(笑
結局どれも食べたくて白ご飯とおかず10種、トロタク、筍ご飯の3種を頼んでシェア^^;
どれも美味しかった( *´艸`)
でもやっぱ筍ご飯はこの時期食べたいよね^^
そんなこんなで今回も大満足でした♪
