この店はまだ新しく、正式オープンは今春の３月との事。
前回、週末に予約無しで行ってみたら満席で入れなかったから
今回は会社の同僚女性の誕生日が、久々の飲み会を開催する日に重なったので、誕生日会という名目で
２週間前に、７人で予約。
コースが２種類あったので４０００円が→２４００円になっているほうのコースと、甘いもの大好きな同僚女性のために
誕生日ホールケーキを予め注文しておいた。
生ハムはパルマ産熟成生ハムとのこと、楽しみにしていたが、お皿にコスパ度外視のてんこ盛りで出されたときは
同僚全員からどよめきの声が。
一瞬コレで終わりか？と思うくらいでしたが、他にも、おすすめピザや合鴨の薫製など、それぞれ一品づつが、かなり多めに
全部で８品提供される。
合鴨の燻製、ジューシーで旨い。マスタードとの相性もいい。ピッツアもレベルが高い。
料理はトータルすると、赤字なんじゃ？と思ってもいいくらいの量である。
ワインは今日の主役の同僚が、甘口白ワインが好きなので、メニューにはなかったが、ドイツの甘口ワイン マイバッハを注文。
香りがすごくよく、のどごしも良く、ほんのりとした甘口で旨い。
自分はおすすめのワイン(パスキエ キュベラッセ 09')と、おすすめの梅酒(特注の山崎の梅酒、魔王の梅酒)
はんなり黒・・｢佐藤の黒｣に負けないくらい旨かった。
蔵番長（日本一の芋焼酎）を、それぞれ飲んでみたが、どれもはずれなく旨い。
メーンイベントの誕生日ホールケーキは、バースディソングとともに、照明も落として提供され、雰囲気出てました。
４・５名用の２０００円のホールケーキをお願いしておいたのだが、しっかりした量で、７人で食べても問題のない大きさ。
ケーキは、非常に上質な甘さで、生クリームもしっかりのっていて、デパートで買ってもなかなかこの値段はないだろう。
これで２０００円は安すぎるというのが、みんなの意見。
いや安いのはうれしい。同僚にも好評だったのでいい気分だった。個人的にまた利用してみたい。
生ハムもいいが、ホールケーキお値打ちである。
